What are the big the difference between the BEED and BSED?

In Elementary Education, you will teach Elementary students, its more difficult because you have to master all the subjects in Elementary level.
Unlike in Secondary Education, you just need to master the major you like or love most.
Like for example, my major is English and currently I'm in my Practice Teaching.
 In Secondary Education, you will teach ONLY your major or sometimes your minor (my minor is Math) while in Elementary Education, you will teach all the subjects.
I am a secondary education major. My major is English.

Now if you want to teach elementary , God Bless You! No, I'm kidding. But most who choose this field have a heart to stay teaching at the elementary level.

k-12 program boon or bane?

What is K-12 program?

The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.

First and foremost, na-shocked ako nung nagkameron ng k-12 program. why? because a lots of facilities and rules are totally changes when it comes to k-12 program. Na feeling ko mahihirapan yung mga studyante na magaral kase nga dinagdagan pa nila ng another 2 years yung pag-aaral. Parang kawawa yung mga naabutan ng k-12.  hindi katulad ng dating rules na 4 years lang kailangan ng high school. 1st-2nd year we called it junior high school while the 3rd year-4th year we called it also as a senior high. when you finished the 4 years on high school you can proceed to the college life that also 4 years in college. you also select your course that you want. but now since we have a k-12 program nagiba na yung rules and facilities. 

First, nagkameron ng grade 7-10 which is first year to fourth year eto yung junior high. So they add two years for the senior high school so it's called k-12 program. Grade 11 and Grade 12. the big difference of the k-12 program to the old is ang grade 11 and grade 12 pwede na silang pumili ng gusto nilang course na pwede nilang itake sa college.

 So parang ang result neto ang grade 11 and grade 12 ay first year college and 2nd year college. pwede na silang pumili ng course like what I've said a while ago. they can choose (STEM, HUMSS, ICT, GAS, ABM). and also pwede na silang makakuha agad ng trabaho because of their knowledge and also their skills that they have. 

For me it's bane. because a lots of senior high school or the students parang nasstress sa dame ng paper works that they need to submit immediately. they have a research paper or we called it thesis. and then they defense also. they have a lots of presentation, project and so on. that's cause ng pagkapagod, too lazy, parang tinatamad. 

Pero on the other side of my brains HAHAH sempre it's boon because they enhance their time management. they challenging for their paper works that they need to pass it. of course, they learned how to act as a college students or we called it Senior high school. because they're going to be a model of the junior high and also the elementary pupils. even if they have more projects and paper works they need to work it because of their grades. So parang hanggat senior high palang sila they need to act like professional because it's a secondary education. Because they search a job or they can apply immediately a job that related to their cousre or that they choose. So k-12 program is a better way of a basic education the students that need to learned a lot.

So ya, first of all when we are starting on the job training I feel nervous and at the same time a little bit excitement. Because we experience how to handled the Senior High School and how to test their attitude and their skills. Fist, we required to make a diary or daily log that all of the happened the whole day we need to write at the daily log book. So, First I observed at least 1 week to observed their habit and their class management. So ya, I've been experienced to Senior High School that during their quiz at my time I ask to them that the bonus is what is my name. But sad to say they didn't know me :(

So, When my name is made yet? :( so anyways maybe they just teasing me that time. I love GAS 3 seriously. (insert sarcasm). So I've been experienced how they appreciate my skills or my technique during the discussion. One time I handled the Junior High. Believe it or not they super sweet and very kind for me. they gave me a letter that my heart melting. 

they loved me so much. one time they ask me if I want to teach them until March. because they want me as a teacher in their English. so luckily, i don't encountered yet the students that they not welcome me.

hey bloggers, so ya I'll tour to you to our beloved school which is CDLB. <3

So ya, that's the new badges of CDLB. because of the SHS or the K-12 program. So lets talk about the inside of our school.  So we have a presentable gate with the lady guard and manong guard that they should be strict when it comes to our uniform and to our policies. And at you can see our gate have a tarpaulin that indicate the important like the Academic Olympics Championship or got a prize or the achiever. 

And also we have a varsity women basketball. As you can see they become a championship on the district meet because of their professional  coaches. 

next let's talk about the facilities. So ya we have a CCTV that record what happening. on the centre of the gate we have one CCTV and the other one located to the old registrar. Each of the room or the should I say the hall has CCTV.  So ya we have also the garden contains of the fabulous flowers and small plants near at the gate when you enter you can see there. Next when you enter at the hall as you can see we have a bulletin that contains important or announcement. And all of the courses ( EDUCATION,COMSCI,BSBA, and also the CAREGIVER) have also the bulletin that they post whatever they want that's important to see of their classmates.

And ya as you can see near at the faculty of our teachers beside of the Computer lab have a pictures of the member of teachers. Like picture of them during their Christmas party, the Graduation day and so on.

So let's talk about our Computer Lab. our computer lab have 51 computers that have a faster internet that you can use. All of the students has Internet subject. So that Sir Jon and Sir Kenneth should become your teacher when it comes to Internet.

So ya we can proceed to our next destination HAHAHA. Our care giving room has an air con and also caregivers. Sir Jerry and Dr. San Agustin should be your teacher when you take Caregiver as a TESDA. 

so ya. we can proceed to our next destination the old philomena hall that would be a classroom of the SHS that contains of two air cons on the front of their classroom. so ya and the other side of the philomena hall has also comp lab. So ya we can proceed to our new registrar. Ma'am Julie, Ma'am Lhea, Sir Norman, Ma'am Chinky and Sir Lawin always their to manage our system in school. you would nsee them when you enter to the inside of our school. So we have also Angels park at the front of the Registrar. 

you can also sit there. when your'e tired as well or should I say your vacant. we have also mini store on the inside of the Angel's park. we have three mini store that you can buy and eat there during the break time or tambay as well. HAHAHAH. so ya a lots of rooms for the SHS that contains of a lots of air con each classroom has air con. we also have tracks ( HUMMS,ICT,ABM,GAS and STEM) so we have also a library (for elementary, and for the high school). So we have principal office near at the angels park and we have also covered court . that they can use during the events, basketball and ceremony or program. so ya we have also elementary room and junior rooms. at the near of the elemetary room that located the faculty room. and for the upstairs also located the care giver room. so we have also the canteen both side of the classroom . HOW I SEE MYSELF AFTER 15 YEARS FROM NOW?

Maybe after graduation when I got a diploma and secondary degrees I'm taking board exam. After that I apply to the private school and I handle first year students.  And I'll  help my grandmother for her work as a gardener and to sell some flowers at the Dangwa. And after  10 years at the age of 29 I'm become a Carandang's wife XD at the age of 34  I'm become a successful manager of the company of shoes that names Dynn on the walls XD char .ya I know its too far for my course, because my course is Education. maybe I have a three little angels two girls and one boy together with  my future husband (Mikko Carandang) .

And our house made of Hello Kitty items starting from the gate to the terrace, and from the upstairs and so on.  And also with our car made of Hello Kitty so that its cool to see that located to the Paris that we migrate.

And maybe our family travelling to Hawaii for vacation and for some rest as well. 

And all of the Practice Teacher have a reunion.That all of us have a very successful life and blessings. 

I'm so very excited whats happening when I'm turning on 34 :)

Why we choose education as a course?

WHY WE CHOOSE EDUCATION AS A COURSE?

 They asked me what school that I'm going to choose. whether LSPU, CDLB, U.P. I don't like LSPU because they says that (bahain) or what they called water proof. So I don't like also to U.P because it's too hard to learned because of the subject that they required to teach. So lastly I went to CDLB to took an exam. So luckily I passed the exam so I enrolled to CDLB.
First of all I don't like to choose Education as a course.Why? because from the very start I want to take HRM course because they cooked, they decorated the events as well. 
So I was so amazed every time I see them working on it.  
But my parents told me that I should get Education as a course. 
So no choice I followed them because of they want. I learned how to correlate, how to observe, how to identify the or to criticize the students. How to identify and to handled the students that has a problems of their situation or their attitude.
But after 3 years ago and now I'll enjoy the Education because of a lots knowledge and interesting lesson and new friends also that came into my life. And also I learned how to observed the class. how to make a lesson plan, how to defend the report to front of the class. 
 And also 4th year students of Education course must have a required OJT or Practice Teaching to enhance and to train our skills to teach the Senior High School that are on par. And I learned how to make a narrative report or we called daily log. everyday we required to wrote the daily log that we indicate our  that's happened. I also learned how to make a feasibility study . I learned also how to edited of our thesis,and how to defend the study to our dear panelist. That's all! :)
